Meet Dr. Clarke Filippi - Modesto, CA

Dr. Clarke V. Filippi graduated from Grace M. Davis High School in 1989 and left Modesto for UCLA where he earned a degree in biology. In 1997, Dr. Filippi graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He then continued his education at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio as a General Practice Resident. In June 2001, Dr. Filippi completed an intensive three-year surgical residency in periodontology at Oregon Health Sciences University. In 2004, Dr Filippi achieved American Academy of Periodontology board status as a Diplomate in Periodontology.

Dr. Filippi is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the Stanislaus Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and California Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Filippi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a recognized specialty of the American Dental Association. Dr. Filippi is a member of the local dental study club, as well as, a national study club of periodontists. Dr. Filippi actively pursues continuing education, keeping abreast of new techniques and technologies in the dental field. Dr. Filippi is also past president of the Memorial Hospital Foundation and past president of the Stanislaus Dental Society. Dr Filippi currently serves as a board member of the Gallo Center for the Arts.
